Job summary

Australian Automotive Group in Arncliffe, NSW is seeking an Automotive Technician or Advanced Apprentice (3rd/4th Year or Qualified) to join our experienced workshop. You will diagnose, repair and maintain a diverse range of vehicles, using modern diagnostic tools and manuals, while upholding safety and quality standards.

We welcome applicants currently completing their 3rd/4th year or fully qualified technicians who are committed to accuracy, timely service and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Currently completing a 3rd or 4th year automotive apprenticeship or fully qualified automotive technician.
Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
Conduct scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
Identify faults using diagnostic equipment and implement solutions.
Dismantle and reassemble engine and transmission components with precision.
