Qualifications

• Deep expertise in programming languages and ability to upskill across multiple languages.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle stages.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex software architectures (microservices, distributed systems).
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, tools, databases and other technologies used in SDLC.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: provide expert-level technical leadership and guidance on software architecture, design patterns, development methodologies, and technology selection.
• Solution Design & Implementation: architect, design, engineer & implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions tailored to client needs, and oversee successful implementation.
• Technology Evaluation & Adoption: research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on their potential adoption to enhance client capabilities.
• Modern engineering: champion and roll out engineering operating models at enterprise scale with modern tools, techniques, QA processes.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in any of your favourite programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go) & ability to upskill across multiple programming languages where required
• In-depth experience with any of the public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies & life cycle stages
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex software architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven, distributed systems).
• 8 + years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, tools, database & other technologies usually used in SDLC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
