Job summary

VCAT in Melbourne is seeking a Program Manager to lead ADR strategy and capability development within the ADR Division. You will provide strategic advice, governance oversight and cross‑functional leadership to embed ADR practice across the Tribunal.

The role reports to the Executive Director, Strategy, Policy & Engagement and requires proven experience delivering large, public‑sector programs, with strong governance, risk management and change leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in public sector or justice environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable work programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of ADR priorities and capability uplift.
• Governance oversight with risk, issues, and dependencies escalated to executives.
• Collaborate across divisions to embed ADR principles into operational processes.
• Provide strategic advice to Executive Director, Strategy, Policy & Engagement.
