Job summary

WSP Darwin is seeking an Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to lead electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory. You will guide project delivery, manage programmes and client outcomes while mentoring engineers.

This leadership role offers collaboration with national teams, a strong client network, flexible/hybrid working, and clear progression toward Director. Australian citizenship is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Experience within building services consultancy.
• Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management.
• Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth.

Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP's national and global network.
