Job summary

JLE Group is seeking an experienced Administration & Project Support to provide administrative, commercial, and project coordination support for electrical infrastructure projects. You will serve as the central contact between site personnel, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and the project team.

The role covers document control, onboarding, procurement administration, reporting, timesheet management, and safety documentation, ensuring records are current and audit-ready.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice is preferred.
  • Experience in project administration or construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers and site supervisors.
  • Maintain project registers and filing.
  • Coordinate onboarding of employees and subcontractors.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders; track procurement status.
  • Support safety documentation and project cost tracking.

Job description

JLE Group are looking for an experienced Administration & Project Support to provide administrative, commercial, and project coordination support to ensure the successful delivery of electrical infrastructure and installation projects.

About the role

The role is responsible for supporting project teams through document control, subcontractor onboarding, procurement administration, reporting, timesheet management, safety documentation, and stakeholder communications. This position acts as the central coordination point between site personnel, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and the broader JLE project team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Site Supervisors.
  • Maintain project registers.
  • Assist with preparation of project correspondence.
  • Coordinate project filing and record management.
  • Ensure project records remain current and audit-ready.
  • Manage controlled project documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding of employees and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate site access requirements.
  • Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Track material deliveries and procurement status.
  • Support inventory and material tracking activities.
  • Assist with administration of safety systems.
  • Assist with project cost tracking.
  • Assist project teams with day-to-day coordination activities.

What you'll bring
  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Project Administration, or similar experience.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • White Card.
  • Previous experience in project administration or construction administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
