The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking an organised Administration Officer to join the Port Lincoln Community & Allied Health team on a part-time, ongoing basis. You will work closely with the NDIS Coordinator as the administrative backbone ensuring accurate client records, scheduling, and timely data entry to support service delivery.

Applicants should have experience in admin or customer service, knowledge of NDIS terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and health

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service roles, ideally in health or community services.
  • Familiarity with NDIS processes and terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and health/client management systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality with vulnerable client groups.
  • Experience within SA Health or community health settings is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Manage NDIS client records, correspondence, and scheduling with confidentiality.
  • Provide welcoming first point of contact for clients, staff, visitors.
  • Support coordination of NDIS services via data entry, reporting, and document management.

Overview

At Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN), we're looking for an organised and personable Administration Officer to join our Port Lincoln Community & Allied Health team on a part-time, ongoing basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the NDIS Coordinator, you’ll be the administrative backbone that keeps NDIS service delivery running smoothly across the Eyre and Far North Region. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing NDIS client records, correspondence, and scheduling with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Providing a welcoming, responsive first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors
  • Supporting the coordination of NDIS services through timely data entry, reporting, and document management
  • Liaising with internal teams and external providers to facilitate seamless service administration
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service roles, ideally in a health or community services setting
  • Sound knowledge of, or the ability to quickly develop familiarity with, NDIS processes and terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and health or client management systems
  • A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professional conduct with vulnerable client groups
  • Experience working within SA Health systems or community health settings will be highly regarded
