Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking Administration Officers to join the Casual Relief Pool across multiple locations. You will provide short-term relief, backfill support and essential administrative services within addiction and mental health programs.
Responsibilities include reception, document handling, data entry, meeting coordination and supporting staff with travel and bookings.
As an Administration Officer in the Casual Relief Pool, you'll provide short-term relief and backfill support across a range of Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services locations. No two assignments may be the same, giving you the opportunity to support different teams, build your experience and play an important role in keeping essential services running smoothly.
You're an organised and adaptable administration professional who can quickly step into new environments and provide reliable support. You communicate confidently, use sound judgement and can manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion and a strong customer focus.
Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
