About the Role

As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, providing professional support through face‑to‑face, phone and email interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving enquiries
  • Providing frontline support in a busy office environment
  • Managing participant and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Triaging and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing shared inboxes
  • Making outbound calls to participants and stakeholders as required
  • Supporting administrative, project and operational activities
  • Conducting research and assisting with issue resolution
  • Working collaboratively within a team to achieve service delivery outcomes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and positive participant experiences
