Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Client Services, Project Management, Accounts Department and Laboratory teams.
  • Manage incoming communications (phone and email) and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Enter, maintain and validate financial and laboratory data within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
  • Perform invoice auditing, EOM reconciliation and client claim processing.
  • Support coordination of internal workflows and communication between teams.
  • Assist with general office administration, stationery and clerical tasks.
  • Provide support to sample receipt and bottle dispatch as required.

The role

ALS Environmental is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in Stafford.

This role provides critical administrative support across client services and laboratory operations, ensuringaccuratedata management, effective communication, and smooth day-to-day workflow. You will playan important rolein supporting service delivery andmaintainingstrong client outcomes.

The day to day
