The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking an Administration Clerk for the North Western BreastScreen service at the Royal Park Campus. You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering breast screening and early detection services across Melbourne and rural Victoria.
You’ll perform data entry, records management, clinic preparation and reception relief, supporting efficient day-to-day operations and strong service delivery for patients and staff.

As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide administrative, data and coordination support across the service. This includes data entry and quality assurance, clinic and appointment preparation, correspondence, records management, stakeholder liaison and responding to enquiries.
You’ll also provide reception support when required, contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
