You will help keep our office, staff and services running smoothly by:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Scheduling shifts and assisting with staff rostering.
Completing data entry and maintaining accurate participant records.
Assisting with compliance documents and administrative requirements.
Supporting recruitment and new employee onboarding.
Liaising with participants, families and support workers.
Maintaining organised digital files and confidential records.
Providing general office administration and team support.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with others.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
Expert in using email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and online systems.
Able to work independently while also being a great team player.
Respectful of privacy, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Previous experience in administration is a must, rostering, recruitment, disability services or community services will be highly regarded.
The right attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to learn are non negotiable!
