Job summary

The Creche and Kindergarten Association (C&K) is seeking an Administration Assistant at Tully Community Kindergarten. You will support a busy centre with administrative and financial tasks, contributing to a collaborative team culture that values children's wellbeing and learning.

Role offers part-time hours (7.5 per week) with flexible scheduling options and the chance to work in a child-safe, supportive environment. Training benefits and career development are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training - Foundation Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of administrative and financial tasks.
• Support smooth operation of the centre with the team.
• Maintain records, scheduling and attendance for staff and children.

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
