The Patient Services Department is located on the ground floor of Tamworth Hospital and plays a vital role in supporting patients, visitors and clinical teams. As the first point of contact for many people accessing our services, our team is committed to delivering a welcoming, professional and patient-focused experience.
As a Casual Patient Services Officer, you'll work across the Patient Services Office and the Operating Theatres, providing outstanding customer service while supporting a range of administrative functions.
