Job summary

Mindful Foods is looking for a switched-on, people-loving human to be the friendly voice behind our customer service and order processing.

Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and live chat; keep them in the loop on orders, stock and deliveries; build genuine relationships with stores and cafés across the country.

This office-based, casual role is 4–5 days a week with day shifts and a stable roster; we offer training, growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Warm, clear communicator across all sorts of personalities.
• Eagle-eye for detail; orders and invoices must be accurate.
• Capable of juggling phones, inboxes, and systems.
• Able to learn new software quickly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing space.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Keep customers updated on orders, stock, and deliveries.
• Enter and process orders accurately, every line.
• Maintain tidy records in inventory and accounting systems (Unleashed, Xero).
• Raise invoices and handle ad hoc admin tasks.
• Grow with the business and support 12-month commitment.
