Be the first point of contact for our customers- phone, email, and live chat.
Solve problems before they become problems (and smooth them over when they do).
Keep customers in the loop on orders, stock, and deliveries.
Build genuine relationships with the stores and cafés we supply around the country.
Enter and process orders accurately- every line, every time.
Keep records tidy across our inventory and accounting systems (we'll train you up on Unleashed and Xero).
Raise invoices and chase up the odd loose end.
Pitch in on general office duties as needed.
Small, super-co-operative team.
Office-based role with plenty of variety.
Casual with a stable roster.
Day shifts only.
Flexible when workloads spike- so availability matters.
4-5 days per week.
Warm, clear communicator across all sorts of personalities (customers included!).
Eagle-eye for detail- orders and invoices don't forgive typos.
Comfortable juggling phones, inboxes, and systems without dropping the ball.
Quick to pick up new software
Lateral thinker who takes initiative.
