ManpowerGroup is seeking reliable Production & Packaging Operators for casual on-call shifts at a leading beverage manufacturer in Huntingwood. roles include cross-training across production, packaging and rework to support operations.

Shifts vary with demand and you must be able to work across multiple areas. The opportunity offers flexible casual shifts, an on-site canteen, parking and a police check funded by Manpower.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, food or beverage manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environments.
• Machine operating experience is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple operational areas.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking flexible work around study, family commitments, a second job or supplementary income. Working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to be cross-trained across multiple operational areas while supporting production, packaging and rework activities.

Please note: This is a casual on-call opportunity with shifts offered based on operational requirements and production demand.

We're Looking For People Who Have:

• Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environments
• Machine operating experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• A willingness to learn and work across multiple operational areas
• The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift products up to 25kg+
• The ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
• Reliable transport and flexibility to accept shifts as required
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach

Important Information

• This is a casual on-call position with shifts varying based on production requirements
• There are no guaranteed weekly hours and shift availability may fluctuate from week to week
• Candidates must be comfortable working within a facility that manufactures alcoholic beverages
• Successful applicants will be cross-trained across multiple production, packaging and rework areas
• Steel cap boots and high-visibility clothing are required
• Candidates must be physically capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 25kg+
• Hairnets, gloves and other site PPE must be worn where required
• A police check will be required prior to commencement (funded by Manpower)
• Attendance at a mandatory site walk-through is required before starting
