Job summary

TCR International is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for our Adelaide Workshop. You will lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow, and maintain an accurate parts store to keep operations efficient.

We value hands-on leaders with strong communication and organisational skills, ready to own tasks in a fast-paced environment and pursue long-term growth within our global GSE group.

Qualifications

• People-oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to help where needed.
• Leadership experience or ability to take leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership.
• Trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians with daily meetings, task allocation, and workflow planning.
• Maintain an accurate, organized parts store with stock control and records.
• Support technicians, monitor job progress, and complete SAP/FSM administrative tasks.

Workshop Supervisor

TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Adelaide Workshop: Workshop Supervisor.

The Opportunity

As a Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and planning the workflow for the operation.

• Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record-keeping.

• Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks is SAP/FSM.

• Help keep daily operations running smoothly

Who we're looking for:

• A people-oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills.

• A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.

• Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility

• Someone who takes ownership and works well in a fast-paced environment.

• Someone seeking long-term career growth.

• Some with a relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic and strong practical technical aptitude.
