Job summary

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks entry level Test Engineers to join our global Engineering Delivery team. These are in-office, full time positions based out of our Adelaide office.

As part of a world-class testing and certification leader, you will test software and hardware designs for the gambling industry, learn quickly, and develop with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, math or technical field preferred.
• Associate degree in CS/EE/CE or 2+ years of equivalent experience may be considered.
• Certification or training may be evaluated in lieu of education.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of C++ or similar OO language required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to quality, detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of technical requirements and regulations.
• Understand client expectations and testing requests.
• Utilize internal project tracking tools.
• Research and apply special rules or other requirements.
• Develop and execute test methods for technical and client requirements; document results and defects.
• Manage projects against budgets and timelines.
• Communicate testing status to internal and external parties.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
