Finder is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Ad Operations Coordinator in Sydney. This entry-level role focuses on campaign execution, tracking, and performance analysis to maximise ROI across our sites, email, and social channels.

You will learn ad operations hands-on, master tracking tools, and contribute to performance marketing while collaborating with a fintech‑minded team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or 1 year of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or ad ops.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a numbers‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into plain English for stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Set up, test, and launch digital ad campaigns and branded content with high accuracy.
• Monitor daily metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist with tracking, validation of member eligibility for Finder Reward campaigns.
• Check data accuracy across platforms and ensure parity.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues, conversion discrepancies, and reporting gaps.
• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle from contract to revenue reporting.
