Health in Adelaide is seeking a registered nurse to join the Noarlunga Hospital Acute General Medical ward in a brand-new unit. You will provide acute medical care, engage with patients and families, and work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Registered or eligible for registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and current practising certificate.
• Experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to prioritise workload and monitor clinical condition.
• Willingness to learn and expand current skills.
• Experience in managing deteriorating patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide health promotion and education to patients, groups, or carers.
• Support nursing practice and learning experiences for students and staff.
• Contribute to procedures for handling challenging behaviours.
• Review decisions and assessments from junior staff and students.
• Coordinate activities of students and assistants under guidance of a registered nurse.
