Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Minimum 8 months recent Acute Medical and/or Surgical nursing experience.
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability for day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care across Medical, Surgical and Acute Care wards.
• Support patient assessments, medication administration, clinical documentation and patient-centred care.
• Work within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.

About the Role

As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of Medical, Surgical and Acute Care wards within leading Adelaide hospitals.

Working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you will support patient assessments, medication administration, clinical documentation and patient-centred care in fast-paced hospital environments.
