Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Medical Inpatient Unit at Westmead. The role requires delivering safe, compassionate care to patients and their families within the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, on a seven-day rotating roster.

You will model professional behaviour aligned with NSW Health CORE values and work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care. Prior acute hospital experience is essential and ongoing professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current Acute Nursing experience in a hospital setting.
