TAL is seeking a Senior Capital and Reinsurance Analyst to support the development and execution of TAL’s capital management strategy, reporting to the Head of Strategic Capital. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Capital, this role plays a key part in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that enhance TAL’s capital position and long-term value. The position contributes to the implementation of TAL’s capital management strategy, providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on capital, profitability, value creation and risk considerations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will support reinsurance and capital management initiatives, including transaction execution, governance, recovery planning, stress testing, forecasting and dividend management. The role also contributes to the delivery of Commercial Action Plan (CAP) initiatives, partnering with Finance and the broader business to develop, execute and report on strategic projects that drive commercial outcomes.
