Job summary

PCYC NSW in Port Macquarie is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Casual Activities Officer position. The role involves coaching young people, delivering engaging group classes and supporting membership administration. This is a flexible, team-based role with community impact.

As a Casual employee, you will work afternoons/evenings and school holidays, with opportunities for career progression and access to employee benefits. Working with children checks are required.

Job description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our PCYC Team to assist with our Fit For Life Program. An Activities Officer has a varied and flexible role, assisting with sport and administration within the Club. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!

Casual position available at PCYC Port Macquarie

$34.96 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Port Macquarie team to provide positive experiences to young people.In this varied and flexible role, classified as a General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

• Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
• Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required
