Job summary

Agar Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd in Preston, Victoria is seeking a Process Worker to join our factory team. This full-time role focuses on assembly, labeling, filling liquids and packing finished goods, with a 38-hour week plus overtime. You will work Monday to Friday 7:00am–3:30pm in a supportive family-run environment.

We value reliability, stamina for physical work and accuracy in handling 5 L and 20 L containers, with forklift experience preferred. No late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, process work or packing is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving and preparing packaging materials.
• Labeling containers and assembling cartons.
• Filling containers with liquids and washing returned containers.
• Operating labeling, carton assembly and liquid filling machines.
• Stock counting and storing finished goods.
