Bega Group in Melbourne’s south-east is seeking a Process Worker for night shift (9PM–5AM, Mon–Fri) to inspect and pack finished goods, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures. Chelsea Heights site manufactures 44+ milk-based products and delivers ~100 million litres annually.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a FMCG environment.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished goods to ensure quality standards.
• Record and report production data – including completing downtime sheets.
• Ensure production areas are cleaned up to quality standards.
• Adhere to company safety and quality policies and procedures.
