As Activation Manager you will own campaign activation across a portfolio of clients, manage bookings, trafficking and optimisation across digital channels, mentor junior staff, and help lead platform best practices as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in media activation, trafficking, or campaign management.
• Hands-on platform experience across paid social and programmatic.
• Strong understanding of media metrics and ability to translate data into client-ready insights.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of campaign activation across a portfolio of clients, managing bookings, trafficking and optimisation across digital channels.
• Work closely with planners and clients to bring media strategies to life and troubleshoot in real time.
• Mentor junior activation staff and lead on platform best practice.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients on delivery and performance.
