Job summary

SYSTRA ANZ in Canberra is seeking a senior civil/structural engineer to lead and grow our local capability. You will win work, deliver complex projects, and build lasting client relationships while mentoring the team.

The role offers flexible working, strong development via Chartered Engineer status, and the support of a national team to deliver high-quality outcomes on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural); ideally Chartered or working toward chartership.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering role with proven project delivery and client management.
• Experience using SPACEGASS, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, STRAND7 or equivalent software.
• Strong Canberra market connections across development, commercial and mid/high-density building sectors.
