Job summary

Bedrock Workforce is seeking skilled formworkers to join a well-established construction team across the ACT. If you have solid hands-on formwork experience and pride in quality, this long-term opportunity offers steady work on EBA rates.

You’ll set up, erect and strip formwork, read plans, work with various formwork systems, and coordinate with concrete teams to maintain the pour schedule. ACT-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' formwork experience.
• Must be based in ACT and hold White Card.
• Understanding of formwork systems and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, erect and strip formwork for slabs, columns, walls and core structures.
• Read and work from plans, drawings and set-out.
• Work with a range of formwork systems, conventional and proprietary.
• Install edge protection, penetrations and embedments as required.
• Collaborate with steel fixers, concreters and site supervisors to keep pours on track.
• Follow site safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organised.
