Palmer Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd in Park Ridge SE Queensland is seeking an Engineer to join our team of acoustics specialists. You will gain experience across all facets of acoustics, focusing on noise, psychoacoustics, and environmental considerations, with opportunities to work on projects in Queensland and SE Asia.
The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering, with exposure to instrumentation, data analysis, modelling and reporting, and CAD.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related Science.
- Exposure to acoustics instrumentation, data analysis, modelling & reporting.
- Understanding of acoustics and noise control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings along with proficiency in CAD.
- Strong communication and time management.
- Driver's Licence essential.
Responsibilities
- Engineer role to join Palmer Acoustics and work with a team of engineering specialists across all aspects of acoustics.
- Role involves experience across all acoustics, with focus on noise, psychoacoustics, and environmental pollution.
- Interest in Instrumentation, Data Analysis, Modelling & Reporting will be critical in this role.
- Provide support to the consultancy with work in Queensland and SE Asia.
