TwoScots Recruitment is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Officer for a well-established school in St Kilda. You will be the main contact for families regarding school fees, payment arrangements and account enquiries, working within the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.

This role combines AR expertise with strong communication and empathy, offering onsite work with some flexibility during school holidays, five weeks annual leave and a supportive, collaborative

Qualificações

• Experience in accounts receivable or school-fee administration.
• Strong communication skills for parent interactions.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day school fee administration and collections.
• Communicate with parents by phone and in person.
• Follow up on overdue accounts professionally and empathetically.
• Establish and maintain payment plans with families.
• Assist with scholarships adjustments and monthly AR reports.
• Support finance team with general duties (~20%).
• Collaborate with Finance Manager and Accountant.
