Job summary

Tesrol Australia Pty Ltd in Wetherill Park, NSW is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments. This full-time role involves maintaining the AR ledger, following up overdue accounts, and processing invoices and credit notes with accuracy.

You will work with a supportive team in a manufacturing environment, handle credit applications and limits, and help keep financial records up to date while meeting deadlines and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and debt collection.
• Confident communicating with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Highly organized, accurate and efficient.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger.
• Proactively follow up overdue customer accounts by phone and email.
• Allocate and reconcile customer payments.
• Process customer credit notes and account adjustments.
• Process new customer credit applications.
• Review customer credit limits and manage approvals in accordance with company policies.
• Enter and process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Resolve customer account queries and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with general accounts and administrative duties.
