Job summary

Levande is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team and support accurate receivables processes across a leading retirement living provider. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts and help keep customer records up to date, delivering high service levels.

You'll thrive on detail, organisation and building relationships with internal stakeholders, with hybrid working arrangements and development opportunities within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officer, Credit Officer or similar role.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or improving processes will be highly regarded.

What you'll be working on

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll support the management of customer accounts and receivables processes, including:

• Processing invoices, receipts and account allocations
• Managing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting collections activities and responding to enquiriesMaintaining accurate records and reporting
• Assisting with month-end activities and process improvements
• Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business
