Job summary

Vic's Premium Quality Meat in Sydney is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own collections, reconciliations and aged debt, and to drive improvements in process and reporting.

You will manage payment arrangements, handle disputes and look for ways to speed cash inflows, questioning manual steps and proposing smarter technology where appropriate. This is a full-time, office-based role five days per week with no work-from-home arrangement.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Own the ledger. Fix the friction. Get cash moving.

We're not looking for someone to send statements and hope people pay.

We want someone who looks at overdue accounts and wants to know:

• Why hasn't this been paid?
• What's holding it up?
• Who do I need to speak to?
• And how do we get the money in?

You'll own collections, reconciliations, payment arrangements, disputes and aged debt.

You'll also be expected to improve the process.

If something is manual, question it.

If a report is useless, say so.

If technology can make the job faster, better or smarter, bring it forward.

You'll probably like this role if you:
