Job summary

Randstad Australia is actively recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer for a leading commercial organisation in Melbourne. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative finance team reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end AP processing and supplier management.

The role offers a six-figure salary package plus benefits, with a mix of onsite work and up to one day per week from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Accounts Payable domain.
• Experience in Dynamics 365.
• Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Entering invoices in the system.
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly.
• Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system.
• Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies.
• Managing direct debit for utilities accounts.
• Other administration & accounts duties where required.

It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.
