As Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll take ownership of our procure-to-pay and accounts payable functions, helping to build a best-practice finance function. From managing supplier relationships and payment governance to driving automation and process improvements, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business. Working alongside Procurement and Finance, you'll help ensure our systems, controls and processes scale as we continue to grow.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company working with cutting‑edge hypersonic technology, directly supporting operational delivery across the business. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and want to be a part of our journey, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
We're a 70‑person company moving fast in one of the most demanding fields in aerospace. The pace is fast, expectations are high and the environment is constantly evolving. The people who thrive here are energised by that — not unsettled by it.
To thrive here, you’ll need to embrace change, stay resilient, and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Priorities shift fast — you'll need to adapt just as fast and genuinely enjoy the pace rather than just tolerate it. You'll be part of a tight‑knit team delivering bleeding‑edge solutions under real deadline pressure, so strong problem‑solving instincts and flexibility aren't nice‑to‑haves — they're how the work gets done.
To hit the ground running in this role, you’ll need:
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or have an appropriate Australian work visa. The Australian Defence Trade Controls Act (DTC) apply and as such, we may need to ask additional questions about citizenship as applicable. Applicants will also need to complete pre‑employment workforce screening checks.
