Job summary

Bega Group is seeking an AP Processing Analyst to support accurate and efficient accounts payable activities across multiple ERP systems and robotic process automation tools. You will resolve supplier queries, complete reconciliations and ensure invoices and credit notes comply with established controls.

Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will partner with buyers and other stakeholders to improve invoice matching, strengthen system compliance and deliver accurate daily

• Experience in accounts payable, ideally in FMCG/retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and AP practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data trend interpretation.
• Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Adaptable and collaborative with good prioritisation and reporting.”

The Role

About You

• Ideally you have some Accounts Payable experience, ideally gained within FMCG, retail or a similarly fast-paced industry
• Sound knowledge of invoice processing and accounts payable practices
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues, interpret data trends and develop practical solutions
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence building effective relationships across internal teams, customers and suppliers
• An adaptable and collaborative approach, with strong prioritisation, resilience, decision-making and reporting capabilities
