WIN Television Network is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team at Wollongong Head Office. You will process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and support office administration.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time role requires attention to detail, numeracy, and strong communication. Training is provided, and you will work within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable experience is desirable but training provided.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
• Liaise with internal and external customers.
• Assist with reception and office administration.
