Reporting to the relevant manager, the role spans accounts payable, receipting, reimbursements, corporate card processing and other general accounting duties.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team while owning tasks.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confidence in learning new systems and following processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and arrange payments, including foreign currency.
• Enter receipts and payments from multiple sources accurately and on time.
• Process petty cash and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle employee reimbursements and corporate card transactions.
• Maintain records and assist with reconciliations and data entry.
• Assist ERP testing, data validation and implementation activities.
• Identify process improvements in accounting and admin areas.
• Provide reception relief and manage mail and meeting rooms.
• Undertake other accounting/admin duties as directed.
