Job summary

Unique Health Products on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an entry-level finance assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Process debtor payments and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile customer accounts and allocate AR items.
• Prepare weekly statements and reports, liaise with Sales Account Managers on credit status.
• Customer set-up including processing new credit applications and limits.
• Support the CFO with tasks as required.

About the Role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for numbers, looking to build a career in Finance.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join a small and dynamic Finance team, looking after customer set-up, processing, reporting, and reconciliation. This is an on-site role, based at our purpose-built facility in Aura, working 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

Process debtor payments, refunds, accounts receivable and handle related customer enquiries.

Reconcile customer accounts, and accounts receivable allocations on a regular basis.

Prepare and send weekly statements and custom reports, and liaise with Sales Account Managers on credit status.

Customer set-up, including processing new credit applications, credit limits, sales order holds, and stop credits.

Support the Chief Financial Officer with tasks as required.
