Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited (AHCL) is hiring an Accounts Clerk to support daily financial operations at Sydney Adventist Hospital. The role offers exposure to accounts payable, reconciliations, cashiering, expense management and month-end activities, with opportunities for development in a collaborative finance team.

The successful candidate will have experience in accounts payable and a strong eye for detail, along with proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Clerk, Accounts Payable or Finance Admin.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations and financial processes.
• Experience processing invoices, payments and reimbursements.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations within a Not-for-Profit hospital.
• Handle accounts payable processing and related reconciliations.
• Assist with cashiering, expense management and month-end activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and reporting.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
