Job summary

MercyCare Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support end-to-end AP, processing invoices and payments, reconciling supplier statements, and assisting with month-end and year-end processes in Western Australia.

The role requires Excel proficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery; experience with ARM and supplier reconciliations, plus a current driver’s license and a National Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Formal Qualification in Accounting or Business Studies is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in completing supplier statement reconciliations, including identifying discrepancies, investigating outstanding items and resolving variances
• Experience working with the accounting system ARM
• Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
