Job summary

Astrum Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator in Sydney. You will manage cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing within a close-knit team. The role offers an ASAP start with a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Strong accuracy and reliability with a fast learning ability.
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process cash receipts for member payments.
• Carry out daily bank reconciliations.
• Process manual invoices and credit notes.
• Handle freight invoice processing.
• Manage inter-entity transfers.
• Process EFTPOS charges.
• Handle foreign currency payments.
• Process EFTPOS and credit card payments.
• Respond to email enquiries.
