Clear Software is seeking an Accounting Software Support Specialist to blend bookkeeping knowledge with technology and customer service on the Gold Coast.

In this role you will help customers get the most from our accounting software, investigate issues, guide users through features, onboard new clients, and work with internal teams to improve the product and service. Hybrid work after six months is available.

Qualifications

• A sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are required.
• Problem-solving ability to investigate issues and provide solutions.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Windows and common software applications is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly and effective customer support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through features and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and software training.
• Maintain records of customer enquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Update help documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Test software updates and report issues.
