Job summary

Monadelphous Group in Perth is seeking a Graduate Accountant to join our three-year Graduate Program. You will gain real-world experience in both project accounting and management accounting roles while pursuing CA or CPA qualifications, with opportunities to rotate across different functions to broaden your skills.

During the program you’ll receive ongoing support from a Commercial Manager and a Graduate buddy, structured Learning & Development, and exposure to multiple business areas and peers

Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
• Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Accountancy Degree (Bachelor’s) in Australia.
• Internships or equivalent work experience desirable.
• Passion for project and management accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, forecasting, and financial controls across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Assist in management reporting, financial analysis, and project-related documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for project performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for effective project financial management.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting and business performance analysis
