Job summary

Kelly+Partners North Sydney is seeking an Accounting Assistant who delivers exceptional client service and keeps things moving in a busy portfolio. You’ll support a Partner with administration, gather information, and triage inquiries to the right accountant.

Ideal candidates understand accounting basics and Australian tax concepts, and are eager to learn within a specialised Strata Tax team, with mentorship and development opportunities in a modern office near Harbour views.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across client service, accounting administration and Partner support.
• Coordinate day-to-day administration of client portfolios and documents.
• Triaging client enquiries and gathering information for accountants or Partners.
• Prepare and process tax registrations such as GST and PAYG.
