Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking an Accountant to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial records. Based in Austin, TX, you will perform balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reviews, lease accounting, journal entries, and support internal/external reporting, while driving automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 3–5 years in public or corporate accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS a plus.
• Experience supporting external audits and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reviews.
• Maintain lease accounting schedules and ASC 842 calculations.
• Support internal and external financial reporting and audits.
• Assist with process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
