Responsibilities

• Support day to day financial activities including pricing, excise calculations and reporting
• Assist with month-end processes including journals, reconciliations and preparation of reporting packs
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including SAP/BW uploads and financial analysis
• Assist with year end audit preparation and financial close activities
• Provide back-up support to accounts receivable, including customer setup, reporting and debt monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain strong financial controls
• Provide back-up support to Commercial manager

Role Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• A financial or commercial degree, preferably with an accounting or finance major
• Progress toward CPA, CA or CIMA qualification (preferred)
• Strong Excel and PC skills, with working knowledge of SAP
• High attention to detail, with strong planning and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with well-developed communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable

• Experience in financial reporting, month-end processes and budgeting support
• Exposure to cost accounting, excise, or manufacturing/industrial environments
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems and internal controls
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
