Job summary

Business Automation Works (BAW) is expanding its team in Newcastle with a newly created Sales role focused on understanding client problems and closing deals for ATOmate and Omble.

You’ll guide prospective accounting firms through a structured discovery process, demonstrate product value, and move opportunities from first meeting to signed contracts while representing BAW at industry events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling a product or service to a close.
• Genuine curiosity about how customers work and strong listening skills.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process and present confidently.
• Clear, professional written communication for online/phone/face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings with accounting firms to uncover pain points.
• Deliver tailored product presentations showing value of ATOmate or Omble.
• Own opportunities from first meeting to signed contract.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email to maintain momentum.
• Represent BAW at industry events and conferences.
