Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced agency recruiter to join the high-performing Recruitment Services team and take ownership of an established Corporate Services desk. You’ll partner with clients to deliver permanent and contract recruitment, building trusted relationships across Australia from Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra.

With an existing portfolio and a desk generating over $30K per month, you’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused business that values long-term

• Recruit across Finance & Accounting, Business Support, EA/PA, Procurement, Marketing, Policy and Safety.
• Partner with clients to deliver both permanent and contract recruitment.
• Build trusted client relationships and become a long-term advisor rather than solely filling jobs.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and share opportunities, knowledge and clients.

Due to continued national growth, Harrison McMillan is looking for an experienced recruiter to jointhehighperforming Recruitment Services team and take ownership of one of our established Corporate Services recruitment desks.

Thisisn'ta cold desk.

You'llinherit an established portfolio already generating more than $30,000 per month in revenuewith thesupportof adedicatedrecruiter, along with existing contractors, active clients, livevacanciesand long-standing relationships. It gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running from day one while continuing to grow an already successful desk.

Recruiting across Finance & Accounting, Business Support,EA/ PA,Procurement, Marketing,Policyand Safety,you'llpartner with clients to deliver both permanent and contract recruitment, becoming a trusted advisor rather than simply filling jobs.
